TRADITIONALLY PREPARED
FarmlyFresh Matka dahi is made purely from fresh cow milk. It is prepared using the age-old method of boiling the milk first and when its temperature comes down naturally to about 35-38 degree Celsius, culture is added and kept still in Matka for about 12-15 hours. This is the original Indian method of making curd.
Unlike the industrially made ones, our curd is made totally at home without adding any additives or preservatives. Curd prepared using the traditional method is richer in taste and also retains all the health benefits that we have been learning since childhood.
REAL INDIAN DAHI
At FarmlyFresh we use 100% biodegradable packaging for all of our products and Matka is one of those. Our curd comes in earthen Matka and due to fermenting in a Matka, the curd has an earthly flavour.
